Much of what we see in children’s crowded teeth, teenage orthodontic problems, mouth breathing, childhood snoring and sleep apnoea, TMJ disorders, concentration problems at school, and even suspected ADHD — is commonly associated with upper airway problems and the development of the upper jaw. It all comes down to making compensations so we can keep breathing. One breath at a time.
